High protein salad

  • Soya chunks
  • Curd
  • Green cabbage
  • Capsicum
  • Onion
  • Tomato
  • Cucumber
  • Coriander
  • Mint
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Roasted cumin
  • Mix herbs
  • Olive Oil

How to make high protein salad at home ?

Step – 1

soya chunks boiled in water for 5 minutes ,and then let it rest in hot water for 10 minutes

wash and drain excess water cut the soya chunks . Add in soya chunks curd 1 bowl ,

Add 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder ,Add salt 1/4 tsp or according to taste.

1)Very high in Protein

2)Improves digestion

3)promotes bone health

4)Decreases the risk of diabetes

Crushed black pepper add 1/4 tsp or according to taste , add 1/4 tsp mixed herbs .

mix it well & refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Step – 2

Add in pan 1tsp olive oil and then add finely chopped cabbage ,finely chopped

bell pappers (red & green) and then saute for 30 seconds.

Salt – 1/4 tsp or according to taste. Crushed black pepper 1/4 tsp or according to taste.

Step – 3

Add the vegetables to marinated soya chunks , 1/2 tsp cucumber finely chopped, 1/2 tsp tomato finely chopped , 1/2 tsp onion finely chopped , 1 tsp finely chopped coriander, 1tsp finely chopped mint and mix it well and my amazing high protein soya chunks salad is ready.
